What is a ShipRush-Ready account?
It is a special Endicia account that can only be created through ShipRush. Simply download ShipRush Endicia and install the software. As you go through the setup wizard you will be asked if you have a “ShipRush-Ready Endicia account.” Unless you have previously opened an account through the ShipRush installer you do NOT have a ShipRush-Ready account. At this point you can setup the account right there and then. If you have already opened an Endicia account through ShipRush, select “yes” and enter the account information.
Can I create a ShipRush-Ready Endicia account on endicia.com?
No. The account can only be created by going through the ShipRush installation wizard.
I already use Dazzle. Can I use that account with ShipRush?
No. Dazzle has its own dedicated accounts. The ShipRush-Ready account is on a different Endicia system. To use ShipRush, create a ShipRush-Ready Endicia account through the ShipRush Endicia setup wizard.
What is the difference between ShipRush USPS and ShipRush USPS powered by Endicia?
ShipRush USPS allows you to create a label with USPS Delivery Confirmation. The confirmation numbers are automatically saved into your accounting or CRM system.
However, ShipRush USPS does not print the "postage stamp." When using ShipRush USPS, you need to add postage to all shipments using stamps, a postage meter, or at a post office counter.
ShipRush USPS powered by Endicia prints the shipping label and the postage stamp, all together, at one time. It saves time, and is a much simpler process.
If I have a ShipRush-Ready account do I also need an Endicia Professional account?
No. The only account you need is the ShipRush-Ready account that is created when you install ShipRush.
Will I get the same discounted rates as I would through USPS online or Endicia Professional?
Yes. ShipRush USPS powered by Endicia will give you the same postage rates as USPS’s Click-N-Ship and Endicia's Dazzle.
How can I earn a free month of Endicia service?
Shippers who print more than $5000 of qualifying postage in a month will be credited with a free month of service. This offer is available month-by-month. A shipper may qualify all months, some months, once in awhile, or never.
Shippers are, of course, still responsible to pay for postage, insurance, extra services, and other delivery charges.
Qualifying postage is: Priority Mail®, Express Mail®, Priority Mail International®, Express Mail International® & Global Express Guaranteed®.
Each month that a shipper qualifies, Endicia will email a notification.
(Please note that this free month of service may not be redeemed for its cash value. Endicia reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without affecting free service earned by customers prior to cancellation.)

Can I use ShipRush for Endicia along with ShipRush USPS and other 'flavors' of ShipRush?
Yes! You can run any or all flavors of ShipRush concurrently.
What's the difference between all the 'flavors' of ShipRush?

Can I ship internationally with ShipRush?
ShipRush for Endicia supports First Class International, International Priority Mail and International Express Mail.
Does is cost more to use ShipRush?
No.
Quite the opposite! ShipRush saves you money. ShipRush Endicia let's you get the Electronic discount from USPS (this is a discount on Priority Mail and Express Mail). Effective January 18, 2009, ShipRush Endicia will automatically give ShipRush users Commercial Base pricing. Commercial Base pricing is on average %4.7 cheaper than taking the same package to the Post Office or using stamps. Commercial Plus pricing is automatically provided in ShipRush Endicia, if you qualify. (To qualify for Commercial Plus pricing on Express Mail, the qualification is a minimum of 6,000 domestic Express Mail pieces during the prior four quarters, about 25 pieces per day. To qualify for Commercial Plus pricing on Priority Mail, customers need to send a minimum of 100,000 domestic pieces of Priority Mail packages per calendar year, about 400 pieces per day.) Are there any surcharges with ShipRush?
There are no surcharges when you use ShipRush. You pay only the USPS published rates.
